Delivery time
At Space Market Webshop we ship orders on a continual basis and in normal circumstances your order will be delivered within 7 - 9 working days. Space Market Webshop can not take responsibility for delays caused by postal carriers.
Freight charges + Taxes
You will be able to see the freight charges in your shopping cart at the time of check out and before you confirm your order. International freight charge is from 169 SEK to 209 SEK. Please note that you as a customer is responsible for all customs or any other charges imposed by the country to which the order is shipped. Please check out specific customs or import rules for your country. All orders outside the European Union are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis, which means that the prices displayed at the checkout are excluding all taxes and duties. This means that you may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or other taxes by your local customs. Unfortunately, we are not able to advise the exact amount on your order since these charges are imposed directly by your local customs.
Taxes etc. outside the European Union
All orders outside the European Union are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis, which means that the prices displayed at the checkout are excluding all taxes and duties. This means that you may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or other taxes by your local customs. Unfortunately, we are not able to advise the exact amount on your order since these charges are imposed directly by your local customs and sent directly from Fedex. To obtain the estimate cost of the order we therefore recommend you contact your local Fedex office.
Unclaimed deliveries
We retain the right to debit your account with a minimum of 350 SEK for packages not claimed by you as the customer and returned to us. This charge helps to cover freight and handling charges.
Claims and damages
We control all goods before shipment, but should an item be defect, you should contact us within 14 days after delivery. Damages due to freight should be reported directly to your postal carrier. This also includes orders lost by the postal carriers or items missing from your order. We do not replace damaged packaging or wrapping. This does not include if you ordered wrong item or want to change the size or the colour of your ordered item. If so, please check Returns and exchanges.
Returns and exchanges
Domestic buyers, people living within Sweden can return or exchange the purchase within 30 days of receiving the package. Orders made inside the European Union can be returned within 14 days . Please note that you cannot return or exchange merchandise on sale. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for unused merchandise with unbroken packaging, including labels, bags and accessories. You will need to contact us before returning any merchandise to obtain a return number. Both the order number and return number must be included in the returned package. Return shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for all costs, regulations and arrangements. Space Market Webshop cannot refund customs or any other charges added by the country in which the merchandise has been shipped.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: In normal circumstances your order will be delivered within 7-9 working days. Your limited edition Avicii T-shirt will be shipped after the 18th of September.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: When your order is sent from our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please check your spam folder in case you haven’t received it yet.
Q: I try to place my order but it keeps getting cancelled?
A: You can only order within your country.
A: Your card could be blocked from online purchase, in that case contact your bank and they will help you.

Q: How do I return my order?
A: Domestic buyers, i.e. people living in Sweden, can return or exchange the purchase within 30 days of receiving the package. Orders made within the European Union can be returned within 14 days. A: Shipping is 169 SEK with UPS Access Point or 209 SEK with UPS Home Delivery for the US, Canada and United Kingdom. Q: Who can place an order?
A: Avicii limited edition t-shirts can only be shipped to US, Canada and United Kingdom.
Q: What shipping methods do you use?
A: We ship with UPS for UK, US and Canada orders.
Q: I still haven’t received my ordered, how come?
A: One or more articles on your order can be out of stock and this can lead to a small delay. Please contact customer service if you haven’t received anything after the delivery period.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards American Express, Discover, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. We accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also accept Bancontact and iDEAL.
